Club rules and agreement – Chat and learn club

Lawful Agreement:
chat and learn club (“the club”) is a private membership club for those of mankind to meet for child minding, online English learning and student stays; the club is hosted by i: the man; barry-martin and by i; the woman; lisa; a membership fee of €2 is included in each donation made to chat and learn club; membership provides exclusive access to our skillsets; to help members with their childcare needs, with improving their English language skills and experience our family life in Ireland; all activities through or within the club occur within the private domain only; contacting i; barry-martin and/or i; lisa; by any means, to make an appointment and then subsequently upon entering the club premises to attend for the appointment, is deemed as your agreement to being a private club member and of your acceptance of the rules of the club;

Information handling:

Any information that you provide to this website is done in the private; we consider the information you provide to this site as your property; we respect your property and will keep it private; we do not store details indefinitely online; we do not store credit or debit card numbers; your personal information is used only to provide the services offered on this website, in particular, to reserve an appointment, to make a donation and for communication relevant to the services offered;
we; do not sell or share any of your personally identifiable information to any third parties, except, of course, to the applicable client whose website you are using;
By visiting this website, you are accepting the terms of this statement; any external links to other websites are clearly identifiable as such;
we; are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of those other websites and it does not constitute an endorsement of that website by i; the man; barry-martin or the woman; lisa;

Member Affirmation:

i; choose to establish this agreement between i, and the man, barry-martin and the woman; lisa;
i: enter into this lawful agreement of my own free will;
i, agree to be responsible for my own actions and for the consequences of receiving childcare, English language lessons and/or a family stay;
i; attest that my actions on this and any subsequent visit to the website www.chatandlearnclub.com or to the club’s physical premises, any event or place provided within the club (including electronic communications) are by i, in my own right and private capacity as the man/woman, and not as an agent or representative for any governmental or non-governmental agency or organisation whose purpose is to enforce a legal code, act or statute where no man or woman has been harmed, or to carry out any mission of entrapment or investigation; i, understand that this will be considered to be trespass by way of barratry and that i, will become immediately liable to pay compensation under this agreement, in the amount of €500,000 plus €10/minute the trespass continues;
i; understand that any claims of wrong and or trespass under this agreement shall be governed by law and may be pressed at a court of law by and between those of mankind only;
i; agree that by reserving an appointment and making a donation, by any means, in exchange for the services and benefits of the club; and subsequently, entering the club premises, that i have read, understand and accept, without coercion, the agreement of membership and laws of the club;
i; agree that there are no refunds for donations, subscriptions, or other value attributed to the club membership; what is given, is given freely; i; realise that membership donations and subscription guidelines can change; all exchange among members is their private matter to be agreed in their own private communication only;

Club rules; the rules of the club are as follows and become law once you agree to becoming a member;

The club services, including the websites: www.chatandlearnclub.com and any social media page started, created or
maintained by the club, are offered by i, the man; barry-martin and i, the woman; lisa; on an “as is” basis;
we; offer our time and property through the club; any knowledge offered through the club is the property of barry-martin and lisa;
All who use the knowledge offered through the club and this website do so as the man or woman only, and do take full responsibility for said use;
i, barry-martin and i, lisa; can speak to you as the man or woman only;
All who donate and or compensate for the time and property of us: barry-martin and lisa; do so as the man or woman in the private;
Any property that we; barry-martin and lisa did create, we; hereby claim as the property of us;
i, barry-martin and i, lisa; declare that:

the mission of chat and learn club to be for the physical and mental wellbeing and betterment of its members that we do serve; keeping all activities in the private domain;
the club provides a space for members of like heart and mind to create, learn, be active, grow, work together, and exchange
within the private domain; and to pursue deeper spiritual growth, better physical health and good quality of life;
chat and learn club is in existence since the twentysecond day of March two thousand and twentyfour A.D. ;

8. i, barry-martin and i, lisa; state that:

although we; being ambassadors for Christ, do not stand under man’s secular code, we; hereby point the reader to article one of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), which upholds man’s right to self-determination as man;
Ireland is a signatory to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR); this international law came into effect in Ireland as of the eighth day of March nineteen hundred and ninety A.D.; as a signatory to this covenant, the Irish State is required to uphold our right to self-determination as the man and the woman and to accommodate our faith in Jesus Christ as our Saviour;

9. we; have the right to change these laws at any time as necessary; continued use of the website and club indicates your acceptance of any change to these laws; these laws are also applicable to any club services offered and carried out by us; at any other physical or online location; it is your responsibility to check this website periodically for any subsequent updates to the club laws;
10. the club rules and member agreement are written in plain English;
